Something I just briefly mentioned in this article is that you can also embed your Substack subscription CTA into your custom domain without actually converting your publication to a custom domain. Substack let's you embed your sign up form on any site. So if you still wanted to use your custom domain strictly as a "sign up page" for your newsletter right now that's kind of a fourth option.
